My son and daughter-in-law have given me four fairies for Christman now. I saw in the catalog the humpty dumpty. I collect them and really want it. Please tell me how I can get it. I don’t get a chance to get out much so it will be hard for me to find one can you help me? I really like the americana ones very much. those are the ones my son gets for me. Thanks.

If my local retailer does not carry a fairy that I am looking for, and they can only order in multiples of #6, I obviously don’t want #6 of the same fairy.
Customers are also unable to purchase/order online nor can we order from your catalog that we receive. How is one suppose to purchase your product?
Please assist!

Hi Mark. I just received my first elf. Now that I have watched your fluffing videos, I can’t wait to work with him. The fluffing really brings the elves alive. Thank you.

I just got my very first fairy; Let It Snow; today as a gift. I love it! I watched the 2 fluffing videos and have a comment. I found the music background a little annoying and somewhat distracting and feel that it does not enhance the presentation.

Georgia asked about cleaning the fairies she left out all year. I collect antique dolls, French and German, as well as being a new collector of your elves. The antique dolls I leave out all the time…I just use a hair dryer to blow them off weekly. Works for me.

When I try to hang my fairy, he just hangs horizontally. Is there any way to help him hang more at a 45-degree angle? I think he doesn’t look quite right just floating parallel to the floor. Also, when I store him (and I plan to use him seasonally), should I flatten him back out? I would like to keep him in the original box, and I need to pull in his wings, arms, and legs to fit him back into his box. Finally, are the stands available on your web-site? I haven’t really looked, but I didn’t know about those before. Thank you!

I have 105 fairies and 3 elves. I display non christmas ones all over the house. Latest one 28inch or more gift of love. He is lounging above my kitchen cabinets. Oh I got the Groovy Fairy, my husband and i were married in the 70’s and i displayed other retro things next to him. I have 20 christmastrees in my house and one 10ft tree is only fairies. Thanks for video.

Mark - Thank you for the fluffing video. I had no idea what the tube in their backs was for!
I like to have my fairies “flyng” in to help me with Christmas. I have a couple whose strings have given out. Can I re-string them somehow? I have over 100 fairies and I keep them in their boxes if I have them, but is it OK to store them in tissue in a plastic container?
