The Leprechaun Elf is a new member of the family whose history goes back to the beginnings of time, where legend has it, that a Leprechaun lives at the end of every rainbow.  Any leprechaun is hard to catch, and this one is no exception!  He is most definitely limited and not all retailers will get their allotment this year, so if you see one, grab him while you can!
