Be sure to check out the new Spirit of Hope Fairy benefitting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the new Fairy of Miracles, benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. PS: Each time a new season of fairies are released I begin to wonder what fairies will Mark Roberts create next, which leads to thoughts of personal desires for future fairies.
I’m still hoping in the future for a ‘Sisters’ fairy, & a ‘Good Friends’ or ‘Best Friends’. Still hoping for a Super Bowl or Football fairy too, haha…an Easter Chick fairy, a Christmas Ribbon Candy fairy, & a Rock n Roll fairy too! Now I’m thinking a ‘Nifty Fifties’ fairy, hahaha.
April Showers fairy just came to mind, along with a Valentine ‘Conversation Candy Hearts’ fairy, & a Fall ‘Scarecrow’ fairy! Oh lordy, now my mind is in Oz! Fairy of Courage! No Place Like Home Fairy!
One more thought then promise I’m done (this time, haha, with rambling fairy thoughts.
My husband gave me the Christmas in the City Fairy Handbag for Christmas! I hadn’t asked or hinted for a Fairy Handbag, so it was a wonderful surprise! He said he noticed I admired the fairy purses several times when we were all at Decori in November!
I was buying fairy gifts for others that day, not myself…so didn’t buy myself a fairy purse, nor did I have one yet. He pays more attention than I thought, haha. He traveled back to Decori another day without my knowing & purse shopped!
I love my Christmas in the City Fairy Handbag, especially since my husband chose the one he liked best, & it was indeed one I would’ve chosen for myself! I’d like to have at least one more Christmas Fairy Handbag…in a Peppermint or Candy Cane theme fairy! The Christmas candy & food theme fairies are among my favorite fairies!

A bit of a serious note…when looking close at the 2009 Fairy of Miracles detail I glanced into his eyes & found myself totally captivated. I see a similar glimmer of hope expressed in his eyes that I’ve seen in the eyes of St. Judes children & family members! Truly my first thought was, ‘WOW, the look of hope is captured in his eyes!’ He’s absolutely amazing, in appearance & principle.
On a fun note…OH MY! I want too many of the Spring 2009 Fairies!
Thinking out loud, ‘Okay, not to fret…I still have lots of places in the house to display the new Spring Fairies I want along with those I display during the Spring season already in my collection from years past!’
If the 2009 Spring Fairies are any indication of how wonderful the 2009 Christmas Fairies will be…I may have to let some of my Christmas Fairies from previous years alternate display time to make room for 2009 fairies!…’or build a bigger house?…nope, husband won’t go along with it, forget that thought!’
Oh well, Mark Roberts fairies are gracious by nature, they won’t mind sharing display time if need be.
Now as far as ‘The Secret To Life Fairy’…if I buy him is he gonna reveal his secret to me? Because I still have a few parts of life I’ve not figured out, hahaha
Happy New Year To All! May 2009 be filled with many blessings!
